The course really helped me feel much more confident, especially considering the point I'm at in my life. I had just moved to the United States and, even though I could speak English, I didn't feel very confident about my spoken communication; I was apprehensive about potential misunderstandings and concerned about appearing unskilled. The course ended up increasing my speaking confidence a lot; I've improved significantly in how I communicate in both social situations and at work.
Sometimes we think we know English because we can understand it, but when we are talking to someone, it became hard. So it was very good for me to improve my English skills and to know/meet people from all over the world without leaving my house.
